Went to Moe's last weekend in Washington, PA, around 6:30-7:30 pm. We got 2 burritos.
One of them had queso cheese. And 2 drinks. Our bill was around $27 something. The next morning I looked at my statement from the bank and it's $57 something.
I called Sunday morning and the manager was very rude, told me she couldn't do anything about it, that I left a double tip, and I told her no, I didn't; I don’t tip places like that, and she hung up on me.
I will never go back there, and I would go there twice a month or so.

I went into the restaurant, ordered food, and went to use the coupons. I had a coupon for Mose.
Monday expires January 5, 2025. I also had another coupon for a free cup of queso that also expires January 5, 2025. I was told that because it expires on January 5, 2025, and that is today, it is already expired. When I pointed out that I cannot use the Mose coupon, which today is Monday, January 5, they got upset because they knew that I was right.
Knowing this, they still would not honor the coupon because they said it was accidentally sent out to everybody. This I do not believe, not one bit. There was a gentleman working there; he said he was the manager, a white gentleman, a younger man.
This is the Mobile, Alabama location off of Airport Road, and then a manager named Lindsay, who is the assistant manager, was quite rude. The assistant manager ended up stepping over the other manager when he is actually the true manager, and she would not even give me his name.
Preferred solution: We left our food due to this ridiculousness. What an inconvenience and if you are not going to honor coupons why offer them!!!!!!!!

The food texture and taste of the chicken is not good. I seriously doubt that it is chicken.
My sister and I were not satisfied and will not return. The food was dried out and looked to have been on display all day. Even the soup was dried out.
The best part of the visit was the staff. They were very friendly.

This is store in Rogers, Arkansas on pleasant grove/crossing. Your chips sit there for a couple days made fresh only when not lazy.
Food is constantly being contaminated and nothing done about it. The cleanness is disturbing how inefficient they are at this store. Krystal web shoots herself up on breaks or days off. Nothing to do with work but neither did my altercation with a manager bayleigh joe at this disgusting franchise.
Sandra is loud and rude no teaching ethics. Rebecca is to old and cant lift because her arthritis so thats labor down the drain. New hires are all trained so horribly and not up to guidelines so constantly being corrected and bitched ay by these employees. Never ever done right always.
Cass is so worried about her boyfriend Josh whos prep in the back but cant seem to have all the food out in time or even served into pans for the warmer or line. Nothing is ever labeled or fresh. Sandy and other employees dont follow guidelines on cutting meats and veggies. Constantly having sweat fall in food bc how overstimulated these workers are.
This building is so horrible when it rains its like the roof isnt on the building and the floor sweats I saw a child fall on her head and none was done about it this building is extremely dangerous and disturbing and disgusting to leave open for business they have flies over the food fruit flies you name it. Its upsetting to your stomach and pockets so please go elsewhere. Gibby is loud and constantly sweating in peoples food. Bayleigh joe is never seen washing hands or wearing proper clothes.
I mean she cant even put on a required hat. Or wear some CLOTHES But the rest of us got told something. Never in my 3 weeks did she wear clothes or a hat or get told something about her act. Mind you this is a shift lead or whatever title yall gave her ugly ah she should have never been given such a position for a *** personality and face.
Cant have good customer service with a cherry red face bc u cant keep your cool over meeting someones bf who just so happen to be on the clock with this red face f*. Krystal webb god bless your soul because gods watching and thanks for not having me work with a *** of a worker who wants nothing but to show off her shorts at work bc no boot back there honey. I absolutely hated hearing you constantly correct me in that environment you definitely need to be held accountable for your *** ness in the industry idk who hired you but for the sake of other please quit. We dont like working with you or your employees its hard to keep head above ground when u constantly have someone talking over you or *** and correcting.
This place is nothing but preference no ones doing anything right ever. Employees dont wash hands to change out gloves.

Trash piled up everywhere
The trash corrals at 15 peaks ln suite 55 Asheville nc 28805 there is no way that those restaurants in that development can be anywhere near clean enough to eat at by looking at how there trash is kept it has been piled up around the dumpsters for months I have seen there employees just throw it over the doors and hope for the best there the laziest people I have witnessed in my life

I am a bed ridden senior citizen I order some food to be delivered when I received the food is was cold like it had been sitting out the chips were cold and stale I tried call the store the phone ring for 22 minutes no answer I end up calling the catering person who then call the store to tell them that I was call when someone did answer I ask if he was the mgr he said yes I told him my situation being handicapped and that I could not afford to spend money on food they I couldn't eat his reply he didn't appreciate the way I was speaking I did not disrespect anyone so I just hung the phone up because I started feeling dizzy all I wanted was a quality meal for the money I paid in asking for help that mgr truly needs to be retained in customer service right now I dont know if I will ever order again from them

I always get two of the bowls to go after eating my burritos in the restaurant. I always get chicken and this time there was a hunk of someth8ng in the bowl that I did not know what it was.
It looked like a hunk of either black chicken or meat. Not sure what they did. Maybe they got pissed because when the made it the first time the lid came off the sour cream so there was so much in it was like soup.

This location consistently is out of products. Today, with no one in line stated they did not have any grilled onions, grilled peppers and no corn.
When asked about there being no onion and pepper was told if they were wanted then it would be an additional 20 minute wait. Why aren't they prepped and held in the hot warmer consistently? They hold for several hours...
it just seems like pure laziness on the employees count. Sad, would rather drive an extra 20 minutes out of the way to visit the Largo location where the employees actually care about the customers satisfaction.It's consistent during operation hours multiple hours before close.

I came into the moes grill with my husband and toddler at the 1497 Concord Pkwy, Concord, NC 28026. We ordered 2 burrito bowls and I happen to like my food extra spicy so I went for the spicy salsa at the salsa bar and sat down.
I noticed the rice was clumpy and chicken was dry but didnt want to be too picky. I went to pour the hot salsa and immediately spat it out. As it turns out the salsa had a very bad smell and was spoiled. I threw out my bowl and asked to be compensated.
I didnt get an apology and the worker had to call the owner to see if I can get compensated since I refused to have another bowl. I did get refunded for my bowl.
The whole thing was upsetting I get poor quality food and poor customer service and I feel so sick and nauseaus. God knows how many people got food poisoning from that hot salsa.
Wrongful termination
I got fired because I didnt let the manager lie on me and the general manager believes anything her other manager tells her . They know my messed up situation that Im homeless and they took all my hours for the week over something that wasnt my fault !!!
I will not just let her do this to me I will keep reporting until I am HEARD ! Even the people that's supposed to CHECK there employees are trying to ignore me and just get away with situations like " WRONGFUL TERMINATION!!"

If you had no issue eating the "terrible" food, you should have no issue PAYING FOR IT.
Speaking up and addressing this issue at Moe’s would have had more meaning, not to mention gotten you your refund.
But it seems like they ate the food, so they are not entitled to a refund.
